Cous cous, polenta and...

Today's menu by K

Couscous a la K (… with ingredients I loose track of every time…includes chickpeas, flaked almonds, sesame seeds black/ green olives, sundried tomatoes, capers, herbs and stuff, pesto (sans cheese), peppers, red onions… erm…)
Boring Polenta
(fairly plain – just garlic & onions, made with my own stock… added pretend parmesan instead of proper parmesan, but it’s not the kind I like and I think it’s a bit salty – sorry)
